@itwin/breakdown-trees-react - Add support for react 18

One of our partners wanted to upgrade to react 18. In that process found that react 18 is not included as peer dependency for @itwin/breakdown-trees-react. so please ensure the following things:

  • Ensure @itwin/breakdown-trees-react works well with react 18
  • Please update the peer dependency to react18
