Schema Merge Error Reporting

The merger currently ignores the EditResults or throwing errors which might stops the entire merging workflow.

• The behaviour should be consistent over all files and merge operations.
• Unsupported cases should not break the merging

Ideally we'd have a reporting api in place that reports unsupported cases, successful and unsuccessful merges and conflicts.
