Update Node-fecth

• node-fetch isn't updated to 3.0.0 because it doesn't use require(). Babel transpilation is maybe not necessary for unit tests, you should also rename js files in mjs
• @tweenjs/tween.js is not updated to 20.0.3 because it induces fails in unit tests
• ~~puppeter is not updated to 20.5.0 because it induces fails when installing modules~~
• ~~Eslint isn't updated to 8.0.0 because it isn't by 3 packages (by example visiting page )~~
• ~~chalk isn't updated to 5.0.0 because it doesn't use require().~~
