Enchant don't working

Issue description

When a player damage an other with an enchant item it doesn't make more damage (for sharpness) and protection doesn't work too

Steps to reproduce the issue

Fire aspect setting people on fire even if EntityDamage Event is cancelled. Please fix enchanting, enchanting should be the top priority right now! @dktapps
