Lava doesn't set blocks on fire

Issue description

Lava does not set fire to combustibles

Steps to reproduce the issue

Place lava on/by any combustible substrate

OS and versions

• Server OS: Arch Linux
• Game version: 0.15.6 iOS

This one may not count, its MCPC and MCEdit lava, but I cant see why not (and it looks cool):

It's in Lava.php But not StillLava.php

Actually you may be right @dog194. Looking at it further, I may have been misinterpreting. Seems silly that something so vanilla was left out though...
