Monster Spawner leashes

Issue description

When you place a monster spawner and add an egg on, it release some soft of rope item, it goes round and round, very confusing

Steps to reproduce the issue

Place a mob spawner and an egg and see!

OS and versions

• Genisys: 1.2-623
• PHP: 7.0.0
• OS (server): Windows
• Game version: 0.15.0

Is there a Boolean value for leashes? Maybe check src/Pocketmine/entity/ for something.

It is confirmed that this can easily be reproduced. We do not require more tests for such. We're looking into issues as quickly as we can figure some of them out, bare with us.

This one seems especially tricky. So for the time being be aware of the potential overhead for monster spawners and enjoy the brown-laser show.

But the brown-laser causes laggy on my server :(

The spam isn't helping us fix the problem. We are aware of the issue and are fully aware that it still happens (remember, we have servers too).
