Add additional Fan/Fan Light settings to config schema

Learned the hard way that adding a Tuya device via the HB GUI wipes any setting in that part of the config not in the schema, so I figured it was worth adding these.

I was tempted to shift SimpleFan/SimpleFanLight to use dpFan/dpLight instead of dpFanOn/dpLightOn since there's already a dpLight in the config schema, but it's a minor thing that could break more than it would fix.
