[suggestion] different aspect ratio portals (stretched view)

it would allow portals of different aspect ratios to be connect giving a "stretched" appearance, could be configured to work with pehkui height/width scales. here is concept image, very minor here but could say, connect a 10x1 portal 10 a 2x2 portal for a very stretched appearence

Pehkui does not stretch the view, so the teleportation through these portal will not be seamless. That's why it's in low priority.

maybe it doesn't need to actually change your scale or camera it could just distort the veiw until you enter like how when you have 2 different size portals without pehkui
