Bug Description

npm run webui:prod 时修改代码时会不停 build，内存使用每分钟长1-2G

Steps to Reproduce

1. npm run webui:prod
2. 修改前端代码，保存

Expected Behavior

正常 rebuild 前端

Actual Behavior

内存溢出，最终崩溃
