JHEMCUF745 output assignment skips 2 timers

Current Behavior

If you load and apply Octo X8 mixer profile, you end up with 6 motors, instead of 8

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load Octo X8 mixer profile
2. You one get M1, M2, M3, M4, skip, skip, M5, M6

Expected behavior

1. Load Octo X8 mixer profile
2. You one get M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, M6, M7, M8
