Inav 5.1.0 Tramp VTX power selection 5 ignored

I have a Zeus VTX 800mw with IRC Tramp. In the configurator I select power level 5 for the VTX, and low power until first arm.

When I arm it goes from 1 to 4. It should go to 5.

I have to disarm every time, and go to the sticks menu to bump it to 5.

OK I think I have a Zeus laying around somewhere but not installed. I think its the only Tramp capable VTX I have. Will test as soon as I can but I doubt that this will be fixed before 7.1 release in 12 days. Sorry this issue completely got lost and I just found it during cleanup.
