mavlink telemetry half/full duplex support

Fixes https://github.com/iNavFlight/inav/issues/8132

With default settings (AUTO) existing behavior does not change ( mavlink is half-duplex).

Yes, I tested it. I am using mavlink receiver https://github.com/RomanLut/hx_espnow_rc/blob/main/doc/rx_d1_mini_mavlink_rc.md with DIY controller https://github.com/RomanLut/hx_espnow_rc/blob/main/doc/tx_diy_controller.md
