New target for IFlight Succex-E F7 / Mini

Unfortunately, the target is not yet available in the inav-configurator. Because I looked for it myself for a long time and then created one, I know how time-consuming it can be. Dividing the latest target into issues shouldn't be a permanent solution either. https://github.com/iNavFlight/inav/issues/6711#issuecomment-1008437627

I've been using it for almost a year and haven't seen any problems with it so far.

Hello @DzikuVx, is there anything i can do to favor the merging of this target? I have a feeling that otherwise it will remain inactive for a long time until it is closed, although there are many people who need this target, for example: in the Nazgul5 quad.
