Servo Serial SBUS output shared port with Serial RX

Just like telemetry, allow servo serial SBUS output to utilise the unused TX pin of the serial receiver UART.

Activate in CLI using the serial command. Example: serial 0 4194368 115200 115200 0 115200

Tested with a SBUS receiver. This allows SBUS in and out on the same UART! Useful for FC boards with limited hardware UARTs (Matek F411-WSE...)
