Add new target to Inav : BetaFPV F405 boards

Current Behavior

no target for BetaFPV F405 FCs, iNav has targets for BETAFPVF411 and BETAFPVF435 though they are less common

Desired Behavior

Add as target BETAFPVF405

Suggested Solution

This target exists in Betaflight (BETAFPVF405) which could give most hardware information needed.

BetaFPV 2-3S 20A F405 boards are very common in various BetaFPV Pavo quads

Your best bet as a consumer is to email BetaFPV and ask them to do PR, with the details of the board. If they send over a board I'm happy to test each pin /pad and get it merged.
