Mavlink breaks GPS

Current Behavior

Configure Mavlink telemetry on uart in Port tab, turn serial RX off.

Save and reboot

GPS not detected

Configure mavlink telemetry to disabled on uart in port tab, turn serial RX on

GPS detected and instant lock

Expected behavior

Configuring mavlink for RC should not effect GPS

  • FC Board name and vendor: Matek f405 mini te
  • INAV version string:

INAV/MATEKF405TE 8.0.1 Mar 28 2025 / 09:55:38 (ae47bcba)

Are you by chance trying to run Mavlink and GPS on the same port?

Hi - I wouldn't have been able to do that because I was simply changing the ELRS protocol on an already built plane.

I will try again on another aircraft and see
