Add new target CORVON743V1

Dear iNav Developers, I am writing to introduce our company Feikong Technology Co., Ltd. We specialize in designing and manufacturing hardware components for drones under our brand name, CORVON. we have tested our flight controller "CORVON743V1" well, hope could add it to iNav supported hardware. DSHOT verified on S1-S9. Servo / pwm only on S10. For the UARTS, only UART1 did not pass.

Confirming @holydust there is no pinio to turn the VTX power off or any other purpose?

Thanks Yes, VTX power is always on, we didn't set pinio to control it.
