inav Adding target RDQ JBF7

Hi Team,

Love all the work you do. I am a long time betaflight user but recently decided to get into INAV and a flying wing. I had a unused JBF7 that I decided I would port over to INAV.

Thought I would PR this to try to give back.

Thanks for making that available. Is this for the V1 (no barometer) or the V2 (with baro)?

In order to ensure everything works well, developers put all official targets through all of the tests you see here: https://github.com/iNavFlight/inav/pull/10825

Because we don't have samples to test, this probably won't become an official target. The new hardware policy is documented here: https://github.com/iNavFlight/inav/blob/master/docs/policies/NEW_HARDWARE_POLICY.md

This is the V1 with no Baro.

All good, it has been a good learning exercise to understand INAV a bit better. Hopefully it is useful to someone else.
