Remove old modes and GNSS sensors from SmartPort telemetry

This PR completes the changes started in PR https://github.com/iNavFlight/inav/pull/9868

This change should not be merged until INAV 10.0.0 When master is at version 10.0.0 the Don't merge label can be removed/ignored.
