Update vtx_tramp.c for VTX

IRC Tramp RF Power Selection Enhancement. Increasing power levels up to 5000mV for VTX Foxeer Infinity 5W & VTX iFlight BLITZ 1600mW.

These changes are really just bandaids. IRC Tramp really needs VTX power tables. There are far too many different power levels on different VTX to make the internal tables sustainable.

1.6W VTXes are popular, it may make sense to have the bandaids for some more time if they work at least for some users - given there isn't so much chance to get the vtx tables soon anyway
