I cant open a saved mission, but I can create a mission

I can't open a saved mission, but I can create a mission It actually opened once after reinstalling then a few hrs later again it won't open the missions.
No error just nothing happens when opening the file.
The XML looks fine shown here

I did more testing, when its plugged into and connected to quad you can load it.
To reproduce my issue close inav unplug quad, reopen inav and don't hit connect. try to open a mission, it just doesn't do anything. Then plug in usbc and connect to quad, now you can go back to mission control and open just fine. So basically its only when not connected to the drone.
If this connected to the FC or not ? See #2371.
Connected to FC it works fine, not connected to FC I can't "Load Mission From Mission File" in the Mission Control > Action Menu
I assumed we should be able to load missions even if not connected so we can edit the mission anytime even if quad is not nearby.
OK it's the same issue as fixed by #2371. The fix will be in version 8.1. Work around is obviously to have the FC connected.
Cool thanks, btw: That PR you linked to is from April and says "Pull request successfully merged and closed" I guess its just not in the release build yet.
