Add major version to macOS app name

Adding the major version number (e.g., "INAV Configurator 8" instead of "INAV Configurator") allows easy installation of multiple versions on macOS. This is useful because version 8 cannot manage version 7 firmware. [Issue #1472](https://github.com/iNavFlight/inav-configurator/issues/1472#issuecomment-1152394266)
