[Master] OSD tab. MSP Displayport HD video menu's do not appear.

Presently only analog video selections appear in the OSD tab. I think this is related to the OSD tab rebooting when an ALT page was selected, because its defaulting back to analog.

I cross referenced this with an 8.0 configurator build from a couple of months ago. And it worked fine. Windows 64 build.
