Ports tab: Unable to set baudrate = 2000000

Actually there are two bugs:

1. Only way to change baudrate = 2000000 is via cli.
2. Any other change in the Ports tab makes unattended change for that UART to 115200.

Blackbox logger that expect data with 2M Baudrate.

2,000,000 baud is not a common rate. So it not appearing in the list isn't really an issue. So 1. isn't a bug.

However, the CLI set baud being reset is something that should be addressed.
