Use offline maps

Instead of deciding between using Google maps (ShareLocationPlugin) or OpenStreetMaps (opensharelocationplugin) there should be an option to be able to use maps completely offline. This not only provides greater independence from third-parties but greatly increases privacy. It has previously been shown in research ( http://blog.ioactive.com/2012/02/ssl-traffic-analysis-on-google-maps.html ) that attackers were able to identify the location of a user using traffic analysis even when the content was encrypted.

Both google and OSM offer an option to download offline maps, so rendering them could still be done using the existing framework.

Given that one of the primary reasons this is used is for sharing locations over P2P-encrypted XMPP it makes more sense to reduce the amount of centralization needed.
