Manage manual locations

While it's nice to share an dedicated position outside (points to meet other users), it would be nice to also broadcast the rough location (e.g. "I'm home" -> friends can come to visit you).

So it would be brilliant, if you could manage some locations (home, work, university, library, ...) and let the user pick them easily.
