Cannot open links if they starts with "HTTPS"

If link in a message starts with protocol name written with capital letters i.e. "HTTPS", then clicking that link give message "No application to open URL".

If I copy that link and paste it back, replace letter to small, then it will work. My test was done with links to PDF files with mime set to "application/pdf".
