Conversations not connecting audio call initiated by Dino

Conversations version: 2.10.10+free (f-droid) Dino version: 0.3.0 (Ubuntu 22.04)

An audio call initiated from Conversations to Dino will connect and exchange audio. (I haven't tested with video.) But if I initiate the call from Dino, Conversations shows "Connecting" but doesn't actually connect the audio.

This has previously been reported but doesn't seem to have been resolved. #4067

I've subscribed to an issue on the Dino repo (https://github.com/dino/dino/issues/1271) and added a debug log snippet from Dino.

I've got a logcat log from Conversations covering the relevant timeframe, but I'd rather not post it publicly if I don't need to. (If there are particular errors or warnings that are relevant, I'd be OK with posting just those portions.)
