Matrix.org bifrost xmmp bridge url pattern is not recognized as clickable link in conversations

Matrix groups accessible via the matrix bifrost has a pattern like #room#[email protected] but when sharing such group address as xmpp uris, conversations does not recognize them as clickable links (likely because of # in the group name). Currently it is not very easy to share such links, people will have to copy as text and manually enter them in join public channel. I think the link should be clickable.

Another data point: sharing your JID from an account screen also fails to escape '#' (and maybe other URI-reserved chars). E.g., if your JID is #[email protected], sharing it as an xmpp URI gives xmpp:#[email protected], that is, an all-fragment URI. It should be xmpp:%[email protected], which is "clickable" and is accepted by Conversations' QR code scanner.
