Long Emoji message crashes Conversations

• Android Version: LOS 17.1 official
• Server name: self hosted
• Server software: prosody
• Installed server modules: Stream Managment, CSI, MAM, etc.
• Conversations source: F-Droid

Steps to reproduce

1. Use Dino (dino.im) to troll your wife and spam the chat with stupid emojis, copy paste huge messages consisting only of emojis
2. Go to phone to see that the when trying to open the chat and see conversations crashing (both on my and her phone; her phone Samsung A6 Android 10 Stock). Other Chats work like before.

Expected result

Open the Chat and maybe cut the message short to prevent crashing (thats what Dino does: "[Nachricht zu lang]" Translated: "[Message too long]".

Actual result

Conversations crashes on both phones when trying to open the chat between us.

Debug output

Please post the output of adb logcat. The log should begin with the start of Conversations and include all the steps it takes to reproduce the problem.
