[BUG] The number box style did not match the style of WinUI

Describe the bug

The iUWM number box style did not match the WinUI style. For example, the button located inside the number box (Inline) or on the button (Compact) lacks margin or padding, affecting its appearance as shown in the image. Additionally, when selecting the number box, the selection effect does not apply to the up and down chevron buttons.
