[Bug] CommandBarFlyout: Missing icon, incorrect default behavior of the expanded context menu, and missing bottom label text
Describe the bug
Missing icon in the CommandBarFlyout, incorrect default behavior of the expanded context menu (the expanded context menu should be collapsed by default), and missing bottom label as in the WinUI.
