Implement Time Reminder / alarm functionality

My EK5 control panel does not have an dedicated alarm button, however the commands work via UART.

Turn on: [0x9b, 0x06, 0x02, 0x40, 0x00, 0xAC, 0x90, 0x9d] 1 sec, followed by arrow up / down to change the time Turn off: [0x9b, 0x06, 0x02, 0x40, 0x00, 0xAC, 0x90, 0x9d] 3 sec
