Update Arduino / C++ sample

I am currently implementing this with an ESP32 and native serial support. But i have some problems with the wiring. Is there a place to talk about this?

@dasfuu what would help you? I can enable GitHub discussions, but we could also see if we can create a Discord group / server.

The Arduino/C++ sample could use some love, however I would advise to use ESPHome. It should be fairly easy to change this to ESP32.

I have some questions regarding the wiring. I cant even seem to get an arduino powered by the supposed 5V line.

I think a discord group would be nice?

@dasfuu would you be able to create one? Another user on the Home Assistant forum is also working with an ESP32 and I guess it would be helpful to have a community to brainstorm and discuss this project.
