I'm having the same problem! I just changed "1.7.19-1.12.2" to "1.7.9-1.12.2" for the time being. Hopefully this can be fixed soon!

sorry for a late response, all you need to do is to open llibrary and find llibrary mod inside it then put it into your workspace's mods folder.

You need to unzip llibrary and extract llibrary_core to the mods folder of your IDE
