Proposed changes

• [ ] [BE-5] Adding an option (UPI) to payment method
• [ ] [BE-6] Adding an input box, that will contain the UTR number in case of digital transaction(Bank Transfer and UPI). Do verify that it prints the UTR number when the we generate the receipt of the payment.
• [ ] [SE-6] Add an option to embed digital signature (if the college wants to) to be printed on the bottom of the receipt.

I could work upon the payment gateway, but data is not stored on SQLite on my WordPress Server 😭 !

Got a proper gateway ready, if you want I can show you the demo.
