Treadmills glitched and kicking when broken

So I had put down a treadmill and instead of turning into one treadmill, two blocks wide; It turned into two top halves of the treadmill and when I broke the 'true' top, I got kicked from the server with "Internal Server Error". This is the code from the console: http://pastebin.com/f2jC7YAk

Huh an odd issue. I've had a similar report but with constructor/storage instead. The two "top" treadmills is a very weird issue but that crash/kick seems to be caused TiCon. Are you able to replicate this bug? Do you have to be standing a certain direction etc?

Well, after I wrote that report we figured out that there was a 'ghost' shell storage. We put down a shell storage and then broke it, got kicked again but the ghost block was gone and the treadmills attached fine. So far, we haven't been able to replicate it.

I suspect Morph has something to do with this?
