Server Crash when rendering player entity

server host experiences a crash anytime he tries to morph, attached is the crashlog which is a clone of every crash we experience, not sure if there's an identical issue, but any help is appreciated (version 1.16.5) this is a smaller modpack with 60 or so mods in it message.txt
