If you get a stupid AI voice you can't change it back to OG sound .

On my Hisense Roku TV, the way to change audio tracks is under: Settings (the star / asterisk button) > Accessibility & language > Audio track.

An example video with AI audio tracks would be this video: "The Battle of Olympus ※ Cracking VG Passwords S3e1". There are eight different audio tracks available, and all but the default English (US) track is AI voice synthesis. I imagine that if your default language settings are one of the other seven tracks (French, Indonesian, Japanese), it might default to that.

I think I understand what's going on better One some videos, the original audio is different from your device language. For example, my device language is English, but video audio is Spanish. YouTube can return multiple audio tracks, which you can change in Playlet. I guess what is different here is that some of the audio tracks are auto-dubbed, which will sound like AI. Naturally, your Roku will auto-select the language matching your device, even if it is AI, instead of the original.

I understand how some people will prefer the original, and rely on subtitles to understand the content. It seems like it might be possible to detect when an audio track is auto dubbed. Also, in Roku, it might be possible for me to "blacklist" audio tracks that are detected as auto-dubbed. This would get tricky if the video has both original and dubbed audio tracks in the same language (but I don't know if that's possible, because, why auto-dub for a language when you have an original)

Since it is possible to change the audio language from the menu, this is now a feature request for disabling auto-dubbed audio tracks.
