Via event dispatcher or maybe as feature to read / write messages via email (directly from email box)

Documentation page would be perfect. and also instant notification (pub/sub) documentation with the messaging would be nice. These are basic features now days.

Well honestly, I think adding extra event to make precision targeting is much better solution and improvement. But it wont hurt to have private methods or properties changed to protected....

I can't really think of anything that event can't do.
