Transcoding gets confused when user is not logged in

Scenario:

  1. PMS with "List of IP addresses and networks that are allowed without auth"
  2. ATV not logged in In this particular situation, if user has multiple ATV's, when there are two ATV's transcoding, PlexConnect opens a single transcoding session with PMS
