Stops in video playback

Hello I have a raspberry pi 4 8gb with libreelec 12.0.0 and kodi 21.0. When I play a video from torrest, it stops every few seconds for a few seconds and continues playing, as if the buffer were insufficient. On the other hand, if I go directly to the download folder and play the video with the kodi player there is no playback problem, on Windows with the same settings if it works well for me.
