Need implement project library documentation.

Hi @i8enn I found this project and wanted to use it but since there are missing docs I tried to generate them with sphinx but it turns out there are a lot of violations. What kind of docs style are you using? The style does not resemble standard rst nor Numpy or Google style docs.

I'd suggest you to add pre-commit hooks to have these basic checks. Let me know if I can help I'm just learning Fast API and I'd like to plug MongoDB in
