Contact form label not correctly associated with text box

Arising from an accessibility test on a mojoPortal site:

The form label ‘Message’ is present, but it is not correctly associated with the text box form control.

Hi Crispin,

This is due to the ckeditor control being used. It'll more than likely take some work to get the ckeditor to be recognized by the label.
