"Unwield" doesn't seem to be checking whether the weapon is cursed

It seems that you can still unwield a weapon that is cursed:

The mummified priest speaks several horrible syllables of an evil, long-dead language. For a moment, the dagger of draining flashes with a dark red light!

Act> inventory You are carrying -weapons: a cursed dagger of draining (readied) -scrolls: a scroll of the blade a scroll of protection -other: three packages of ment

Act> unwield the dagger of draining You unwield the cursed dagger of draining.

Looks like a legit bug to me. Amazing that it's never been discovered!
