What do our modifications of Questions do?

We've got a few modifications of Questions in the main source file. What do they do? We will probably need to update them for the new version of Questions, and I think it would be better to just add a modified version of the extension into the materials folder. Would any of our changes be worth submitting to Michael Callaghan?

I'll take a look at what I did. I'm pretty sure I had to change Questions in order to get it to work with our turn structure and command prompt code, so I doubt it will be useful to others.

Do we use the open or closed question mode? I think the closed question mode should be altered to not go through the regular parser.

This doesn't seem too important; I'm postponing it to a future release.
