VxKex Tab disappearing when navigating to it, on exe stored on an exFAT RAMdisk.

I first posted this issue on 20240708 here - https://github.com/vxiiduu/VxKex/issues/286

Back then I was using VxKex version 1.1.1.1375 .

This is more or less, a re-post of that issue.

0. Install Vxkex version 1.1.2.1428 .
1. Create an empty exe - type nul > test.exe on an exFAT formatted volume.
2. Right-Click test.exe and click Properties.
3. Navigate to the VxKex tab.
4. Presto! It's vanished!

I remember somebody mentioning in the replies that this also happens when the exe is stored on a network drive, but I haven't validated that.
