Does GIMP 3.0 work with VkKex and how to update VkKex?

From what I've been able to find, VkKex is only confirmed to support GIMP 2.99 and GIMP 2.10.36 is the final major version to support Windows 7. But will GIMP 3.0 work with VxKex? I have VkKex 1.1.1.1375, by the way. How can I update it to the latest version?
