[Bug Report] audio-share cmd server doesn't work on Windows 7 using VxKex

Application Information:

• Application: audio-share cmd server v0.3.4
• Download Link: https://github.com/mkckr0/audio-share/releases/download/v0.3.4/audio-share-server-cmd-windows.zip

Description:

It outputs text when I run run it from cmd but when I use the -b argument (which makes it start the server and bind into the default ip and port) it immediately crashes even when I enable windows 10 compatibility.

Problem:

Open cmd and go to the exe and specify the "-b" argument next to it

Environment:

Operating System: Windows 7 SP1 English, 64bit
