Change position of the notifications [Chrome/Chromium limitation]

Seems like there's a 4-year old "bug" or feature improvement request lurking regarding notifications

which Chrom(e/ium) devs haven't done anything about yet:

The notifications should be really way more "in your face"

We'll investigate that. It's true that depending on the browser the toasts are appearing next to the upper corner. I tink that it was Vivaldi which was displaying them at the bottom. We'll try to unify this (if Chrome's engine let us!). Thanks for the feedback!
